General and order conditions - Vamos Vida

1. Seller and intermediary

Orders are placed via Vamos Vida, based in Spain, acting as an independent associate of Isagenix Europe B.V..
Vamos Vida acts as an intermediary and handles the registration, ordering and payment of the selected products on behalf of the customer through the official Isagenix platform.

2. Order and payment

By placing an order, the customer gives consent to Vamos Vida to:

• register the order with Isagenix Europe B.V. on behalf of the customer; and

• the amount due via a SEPA Direct Debit to be collected from the specified bank account number.

The customer declares that the bank account number provided is correct and that he/she is authorised to issue direct debit mandates.

3. Delivery

All products are Supplied directly by Isagenix Europe B.V. from their European distribution centre.
The usual delivery time is 3 to 7 working days after payment has been processed.
Vamos Vida is not responsible for delays resulting from transport or inventory problems at Isagenix.

4. Return policy (30 days)

The customer has the right to receive within 30 days after receipt return all or part of the order.

• Only unopened products in original packaging are eligible for returns.

• The return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

• The return should be addressed to the Official European return address of Isagenix Europe B.V., as stated on the packing slip or on the Isagenix website.
  Upon receipt and approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method.

5. B2C and B2B orders

These terms and conditions apply to both consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B) ordering products through Vamos Vida.
For business orders, the legal rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply.

6. Liability

Vamos Vida is not liable for:

• direct or indirect damage caused by use of the products,

• errors or delays in delivery by Isagenix Europe B.V., or

• incorrect data provided by the customer.

7. Privacy

The customer agrees to Vamos Vida using the personal data provided for:

• processing the order at Isagenix Europe B.V.,

• communication on delivery, payment and follow-up, and

• possible contact about product experience or follow-up advice.
  Data is shared only with Isagenix and not with third parties.
